I purchased a content and I can't access it (or I still see ads)

With a smart device, in some rare occassions, the purchased content isn’t immediately registered to your account. This is a cache issue and should correct itself by logging out of your account and logging back in!

How can I redeem a code?

You can redeem any DIZED code in the app or in the Dized web (app.dized.com) from top top right corner menu. Or by using this straight link: app.dized.com/redeem

Is DIZED free to use?

DIZED is a freemium platform, which means the content is free to use but they include (industry) ads. These ads help cover the costs of running the service and allow us to keep access open without charging players.

Some content is ad-free, since publishers can choose to remove ads from their games for a fee. But especially with older titles that see less activity, publishers may decide not to use this option. In those cases, ads ensure the content can stay available for everyone.

If you’d prefer an ad-free experience, you can purchase access to individual tutorials or digital add-ons, or subscribe to DIZED+ for unlimited ad-free access to all tutorials and add-ons.

 

How can I get rid of the ads?

If you want to have an ad-free experience, you can either:

– subscribe to DIZED+ to get that, and all the other benefits!

– buy ad-free access to a single tutorial.

I don't want to register to use DIZED!

Don’t worry, you will be able to use all the Tutorial and Rules content without registering!

I registered my account and the validation email didn’t come through! What now?

First thing to do is to check your spam folder. If that’s empty and you didn’t receive an account validation email after 10-15 mins please contact our support at [email protected] and we can activate your account manually.

I need to reset my password, how do I do that?

Go to this address: https://dized.com/reset-password/ and follow the instructions. The same link can be found inside the DIZED app as well!

I found a bug or an issue in a content, how should I report it?

There’s a leave feedback button in the app that you can use. Alternative, you can use this link as well https://dized.com/support/

I am an crowfunding backer and I haven't received my Credits.

The code to redeem the credits were sent some time ago already, so you might find the code in your email. If you can’t, please contact [email protected] so we can help you out.

Can I use my backer Credits to Subscribe to DIZED+ or redeem a content?

Yes! Each Credit equals one month of subscription, or alternatively you can use a Credit to redeem a content permanently on your account.
