Dized Advertizing Terms

- Audience Suitability – Ads must be appropriate for audiences 13+ (no explicit content, violence, etc.).
- Prohibited Content – No misleading, illegal, offensive, or harmful content (e.g., hate speech, drugs, gambling, adult material).
- Accuracy & Honesty – Ads must be truthful, non-deceptive, and not infringe on third-party rights.
- Brand Alignment – Ads should align with DIZED’s values and not harm its reputation.
- Third-Party Rights – Advertisers must have rights to all content (images, logos, trademarks, etc.).
- Technical Specs – Ads must meet specified format, resolution, and file size requirements.
- No Disruptive Behavior – No excessive animations, auto-play sounds, or misleading buttons.
- Transparency – DIZED will clearly label all sponsored content as an ad.
- Approval & Rejection – DIZED reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any ad at any time.
- Liability & Indemnification – Advertisers are responsible for their content and agree to indemnify DIZED against legal claims.
